This head bobber is new and was produced by Vandor. It is limited to 2400 pieces and comes in a metal carrying case. It is the first in a series of Bobbers that Vandor will be releasing over the next three years. It measures 3.5x3.25x6.5"H.

Yes, it was a nice touch by Vandor to make the tin as much a collectible as the figurine is. Helps to keep her dust free too.
