I don't know if this is the right thread to post it, but here's my poem:


If only my hear was black,
With curls at the front
And at the back
If only my eyes were green,
Of the most beautiful shade
you’ve ever seen
If only my mouth was like cherry
The most delicious red
It’s almost scary
If only I could look as glam in a short dress
Look in the mirror mirror
And say ‘I look good, yes!!!’
I hear a clock strike
It’s three at night.
I open my eyes
And think ’…right…
It was only a dream…

I’m not betty boop…’

curvy flirty ms betty boop
we love her shes our princess, our idol
the sweeet way she sings "boop oop a doop"
even inspired the likes of marilyn monroe

her cartoons we watch day in day out
to experience her come to life on the screen
wer amazed by her every move and sexy lil pout
nothing this gorgeous has ever been seen

we witness betty emerge from a dog
as we watch her cartoons in black and white
so beautiful and to think she is 70 yrs old?
to still have such an effect doesnt seem rite!

every1 that watched betty fell under her spell
then all came together on the bb website
they all became friends and got on so well
a boop oop a dooping family 4 life!!! :)

Ok, here goes!

It's difficult to know, just where to start;
She was the one with a fairly small part!
A dog was how she was first portrayed -
A character some say she should never have played,
For she was clearly the star of the show,
And this is something her makers now know!

From dog to a lady, the transition was smooth,
She was sexy and sophisticated, and managed to prove,
That it didn't matter what she was at the start,
she was always destined for a bigger part!!

What is it exactly that makes us obsess,
About the girl who wears that red dress?
Is it her eyes that glimmer and shine,
Or is it that figure - so curvy and divine....

Or maybe it's what she's done right here.
She's managed to bring everyone so near!
Miles and miles part our forum,
Oceans and seas, time zones, and then some!
But still she's managed to create this space,
where it doesn't matter that I'm in another place
I can still sit and communicate with each individual friend,
Who, hopefully, I might get to meet in the end!

So in conclusion to my babbling rhyme,
I urge everybody to take the time,
to get to know the lady in question -
and maybe even add a suggestion,
on how we can all pull together,
and make sure Ms Boop stays round forever!!

Hey Betty your so dirty,sometimes it makes me wanna get flirty,
Knowing your a minx always makes me think,
how do you squeeze into that tiny pink thing!
Well when I see you riding your bike i always say,
lets go that way,alway the way to betty heaven,
on a harley dressed in tight leather!
Thats right Betty we know you got a rough sexy side,
and im full of pride when i say Betty,
You'd be a sexy wife!!

BTW, Betty is also know as Boopsie-Cola! So in a way this is mega aimedat someone!!

Hi everyone, I missed you all I was having work done in my house & i have not been online for about 3 weeks, I was so missing you all. They put down ceramic tiles on my floor & it was very noisey & we painted it looks great. I missed entering the contest but i am so happy for all of the winners your poems were great. Hi Jenny, I am fine thank you. You are like me I have a nephew & niece & I spoil them all the time. My nephew will be 6 Mar. 30th & my niece will be 5 on Jun. 8th they are my little angels, I will be getting another niece on May 12th that is when my sisterinlaw is due & she is having a girl. Well I love your niece she is just a ham for the camera LOL maybe she will be the next Cindy Crawford. deadpools been having a real rough time for the last couple a months, hes not been able to come online, and even when he was able to come online he would read posts but never reply, he just hasnt been himself recently.
i know every1 misses him, and things are looking up for him, hopefuly he wil be settled down in the next couple a weeks and will be able to be crazy deadpool again! i hope no one thinks deadpool is angry or upset with them because he is not, he loves this place sees it as a second home he loves all u guys too.
hopefuly he will be back v v soon.
just i really hope he remains brave and strong enough to get fru this :(

HI Boopsie Cola... thanks for the update on Deadpool and it should make both of you happy to see how many people love and miss him here on the forum. He's usually such a fun guy to have around with his funny wit and wisdom... we all miss him ever so much!!

Please tell him we're all rooting for him to be happy again and I'm so glad that you are there for him and we are all here for him too.

We know he'll be back when he's ready for some more fun and games and in the meantime tell him to hold on to his good thoughts and hopefully that will help him get through the bad times.

Hi Jenny.... the trip to Laughlin was great. It was the 22nd Laughlin River Run and they had more motorcycles than ever before...close to 50,000!!

Don and I rode our motorcycles everywhere!! We had a blast!! One day we rode to Oatman, Arizona ... an old mining town... the neat thing about Oatman .... along with it's history.. is the wild burros that run all over the town!! They eat right out of your hand!! They are so cool! It was a great time!!

HI Everyone!! Yes, we had a great time at the Laughlin River Run... this is just the beginning of the motorcycle events that we'll be going to this year and what a great way to start it all off.

Funny how when you're riding a motorcycle you can think of all kinds of things... I composed poems and sang all kinds of songs!! LOL!!

yeap i'm here everyother day at least. Things down under are fine - few ups & downs with family issues but i guess everyone has those occassionally.

My sister in law won tickets to Aust BIG BROTHER live eviction tomorrow night and she's taking me sooooooo very cool. Thurs are not usually eviction nights but for a world first our Sun eviction was wrong and that evictee got to re-enter the house so the "real" evictee is living tomorrow which we get to see. YAHOO

As for contests I'm really ready and it'll be my first one so i'm pretty excited.
