Hello everybody
I was just wondering if you feel like me about Koko, I mean when I was younger and watching BB's cartoon he used to frighten me and I remember him more as a ghost than a clown .

I don't think Koko was created to frighten anyone.. in fact, he's a clown and is supposed to make us smile and laugh. Have you seen the Koko pull toy? It's really cute!

No i haven't seen it but I was youg and the cartoons were not translated at the time I was only watching pictures that is perhaps why I was sort of afraid

It must've been very difficult to try and figure out what was going on in the cartoons when all you could see were the pictures and you didn't understand what was being said.
The Koko toy is real cute... he is made of wood.. you pull on the string and his arms and legs move and he is smiling and has a red ball in one hand.
I remember when the pull toys were very popular for kids.

Popeye was more popular when I was young I remember watching him on TV more than BB

I watched Popeye as a kid too. That's how my mom used to try and get us to eat spinach... ha ha...
My husband also likes Popeye. There used to be a daily kids' show that had Popeye cartoons and a man would draw Popeye faces and also make faces from names. It was fun. I got to meet him when I was a kid and that was neat!!

when I atarted to be interested in BB I guess she must have been drawn by the same person who drawn Popeye, I think that when you watch the drawing they have something similar don't you think so?

Yes, Popeye was animated by the same studio, Fleischer Studios, as Betty Boop. That's why there's a similarity.
