Can`t even get to site for "giveaway" sign-up

I can`t even get to site for "giveaway" sign-up. I receive this:

--An error(s) has occurred while trying to enter you into the Betty Boop Great Americana Giveaway:

-The answer you provided for the captcha image does not match the one in the form. Please try again.--

I have no idea what I could be doing wrong. I gave up after 8 attempts.
Please advise.

I hadn`t tried in weeks and now it still says the same thing, even with a new (different) drawing. Actually any drawing I try to enter gives me the same error message.

I used to have the same problem. It wasn't acception the letters I was putting in though I know I was doing it right.
1. Check to make sure that the caps lock and numlock are not on.
2. watch for spaces between the letters.
3. Capitals count so look to make sure the letter is the correct one. and
4. if there is a voice icon use that to insure that you are inputting the proper leters/numbers.
It helped me out. I take my time and make sure as much as I can. I still occasionally get the same message but not nearly as often.
