I was just reading a thread which came up with some references to the Iraq war. I would just like to say that if you're ever feeling down the best thing to do is to smile! It really works and gelps you think'man, why was I ever upset?'. And then you feel a bit stupid!
There are these posters on my R.E rooms door that say' go on! What's it going to hurt to smile?' which ironically always puts a smile on my face! Any of you upset now?:( Then smile!:) More than that!!!:D That's more like it! That always makes me feel better! I hope my positive tip has helped some of you!

Hey pudgy05 thank you for that little tip I do feel better. My hubby is currently serving our country in Iraq. Everytime I do feel down, I do something positive for myself like going to workout in the gym or like you said I smile. But I have alot to smile about now my hubby will be coming home real soon. So how do you like it here? You seem to be getting the hang of it? Hang in there you will make some friends here.:D :D

So is everyone ok? It's weird cos it's like this forum is likeone big happy family cos there are the moderators who are her like all the time and then the other people who regurlarly come on here which is nice!:)

Ok I have A friend who had A white rat as A pet. It was well trained she got it from A labb at A local college until it died just recently:( I use to hold it and let it crawl on me he was rather cute.:) I just prayed he never pooped on me.:o
