I always have trouble rating threads. Some I like but then I'm not so sure and I get all flustered. I also feel bad if I don't like a thread because I feel as if I'm giving the thread starter a bad mark or something and I don't want to make them sad or angry. That's another reason I avoid rating threads

That's why there is a rating system.... be honest and rate it the way you feel.. you may be surprised that other people agree with you and if they don't... well that's ok too.

I know but I hate making anyone feel bad, for any reason. It's one of my major character flaws

For some reason, I can't get my ratings to work right. I must be doing something wrong.

look under the quick-reply box, you will find it there. it says Rate This Thread: select a rating.

I did that too and it said I'd already voted on the thread... so maybe that's what is going on... I don't know... I'm dumb about these things... all I know how to do is type....

Sometimes when I try to rate the thread it doesn't seem to work right. So I give up...

I actually rated a few threads and found that the stars don't show up. I rated 1 or 2 at 3 stars and a couple at 4 stars. but nothing shows up . So How does anyone know how others may or may not feel ( ratings) if it doesn't work??

FIRST...choose Post Reply box.
You cannot use the "Quick Reply" box.

Then go to size...and select (small, large, huge) when the tiny long box appears in the upper left...you write in what ya want to say. Press "OK"...it appears in your intended text.

Same process:
if you want to add color to it...ya highlight what you've just typed...cut...and select color and release it into the same little box in the upper left corner

Same process:
For "B" (bold) ya do the same thing
For "I" (italics)
For "U" (underline)
Font...quote...list...PHP...
the @ is for email addys
http is for hyper link
