"A Betty Boop Bulletin Board" where you post messages (called a thread) and when someone answers it, you will get an email notice letting you know that it's been answered. I hope that makes sense.

howdy and welcome , just say Hi and well people will say hi back :) I gotta admit as many boards of various types that I belong to this one makes me feel the best. The people are genuinely ( knowing my spelling it's probably spelled wrong and I'm too lazy to use my dictionary lol :) ) nice and friendly. It isn't a (-- I'd flame em if I was allowed--) type of niceness but a from the heart felt friendly feeling I get here.

Save your money and do come visit us. I'd also like to visit Great Britain someday. I've met some lovely people from Britain and Canada and from the pictures I've seen of England, I know I'd have a wonderful time.

As for me, I love living in America. It is such a big country and so many wondrous states and places to see and visit. Traveling through the different states is almost like traveling to another country sometimes... we have people with different dialects... like the northerners and southerners and easterners and glorious mountains and oceans and plains and every kind of landscape imaginable. Not to mention all the big cities like New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and more.

It is quite a country and I am very, very proud to be an American but am also very proud to call English and Dutch people among my friends here on the forum.

:D im so jealous!!! lol!! i would love to come to America. everytime i watch tv that's in america i think.. i wish i was there!! i love everything about it!! the way people are walking down that street, all the shops! the fast food restraunts... just everything!!!!

Well don't be too hasty to think that we Americans have it all because your country has just as many wonderful qualities about it as ours does. I'm just grateful that we live in such beautiful countries with so much history and so many things to be thankful for and the most important is that we live in free countries and aren't living in poverty.

i am doing a prject is P.S.H.C.E. at school about people living in India. they still have the cast system which i think is just horrible!

Oh I know what you're saying. I've seen some documentaries on television about how things are in some of these 3rd world countries and it is so sad... makes us appreciate how good we have it, doesn't it? I know it sure does me. I thank God every single day that I was born in America.

So are you finding out a lot about the cast system and how it works? Makes you appreciate your democracy doesn't it?
