Happy to say I finally totally recovered from the car accident. And settled with the Insurance Company. We settled in Mediation on Jan 28th, 2004. And now I'm back to the good old me before the accident. Can finally enjoy the things I like. Rode my bike last night for the first time in over 8 months. And man did it feel great. Of course now that I can ride again. It's going to rain all weekend.
But I'm still happy. Will be even happier when I have the check in my hand. Supposed to be next week sometime. Going to take my best friend to a Casino in Tampa. Haven't been able to see much of her since the wreck, she lives about 60 miles south of me. And couldn't drive a quite some time. So we are going to have some fun.

The multiple winners were real lucky because a lot of times contestants are limited to one prize. So that was cool that you won so many.

i'm so glad i won!! but it's helpped me because it help's my collection grow. you have been collecting for year so you probably have 20x's more stuff than i do anyway! :P :D i'm so jealous! :P :D

Well I'm a lot older and like you said I've been collecting longer but no one has everything... my husband says I try to have everything.. haha.. but I don't.

I give a lot of things away too for people's birthdays and anniversary and wedding gifts too. Then they know it's from me because it's Betty Boop. My mom has Betty Boop all over her house too and she never bought one single item.. it all came from me... same with my sis...

My sister collects and sells M&M collectibles. She has a website called Plainorpeanut.com

Remember the old saying for M&M candy "Plain or peanut" and "Melts in your mouth and not in your hand"... well anyway.. she's into M&M stuff.. they have some really cute things.. like candy dispensers and phones....

So all the M&M stuff in my house came from my sister .... we laugh cause we give each other the things we collect. So I know all the M&M stuff in my house came from my sister and the Harley-Davidson stuff came from my husband or my dad (when he was alive) or my husband's dad.

It works out well but people tease us about our house... it's filled with dust collectors.. ha ha.

Gee I sure got carried away in that post and typed for half an hour... I forgot to mention that you may want to consider starting with a denim Betty Boop jacket... they don't cost as much. I have a Biker denim jacket for less than $100.00 on the website...and it's got leather patches on it and is really cute and I know there are other denim jacket styles with Betty Boop leather patches on them that are just as cute too. Ok, I think I'm done with this message... lol....
