How cold is it where you are?

I woke up this morning and the TV said it was 2ºF in NYC. I live north and west of the city which is usually between 5 - 10 degrees difference from the city. So it was between -2ºF to -7ºF where I live. That's not counting the wind chill!

Brrrrrrrrrrrrr... too cold for me!

Well it's not too warm where I am! As I said in another thread, we had some snow this week, which quickley turned to ice! I never want to get out of bed in the mornings cos it's too cold! Roll on summer! x

My mates just came back from new york and said they`re never complaine about england being cold again on the last day they were there it was 6inches of snow (Thursday) it not to bad in england if u were moving i think u could mange with just a jumper but u would have to be walking or something

:o I actually woke up this morning to snow on the ground, I mean there's not alot but still theres snow. It's actually starting to feel more like winter around here now, but then again they say it's suppose to get up in the low 40's by the weekend go figure.:confused:

I'm really looking forward to the summer now. I do like winter to an extent cos I love wrapping up warm and drinking hot chocolate in front of the fire, but this year I don't have a fire - the fireplace is all borded up in my house! (That's rented accommodation for you!) So now I'm looking forward to not having to be cold! haha! Roll on strappy tops and flip flops! x

It was beautiful here in Northern Arizona for the weekend but got cooler yesterday and raining here a little bit today but we can't complain because it is pretty nice weather most of the time and we do need the rain which is better than snow.

yeh i no all the boys were there and showing me and my m8 it through the window of the classroom so we ran inside we got really done off the teacher but at least we didn't have 2 look at the heart!!!!!!

Guess what? Our storm has also stopped and the snow is already melted here too. It turned out to be a dud!! Oh well...... at least we got some moisture out of it. The weatherman said it was going to be the storm we haven't seen in years and years. Ha.. turned out to be hardly anything after all.

the stoopid cold has given me a stoopid cold! i'm siting scofing tunes... cough sweets. oh no! i've jusr realised that 'excessive consumption may produce laxative effect's, store in cool, dry place.'

might have to lay off the tunes for a while!!!

lol, thank's for the warning! i didn't eat any after that!!! well today i was off school because this mroing i went dizzy with my head cold so my mum took me to the doctors just incase, seeing as i have a heart condition! the doctor was useless so we went to the pharmasy and they game me some tablets and some medicine.. and i'm feeling better all ready!!! so you guys needen't worry about me any more! :D oh, and the heart condition thing, i've had it since i was born and it doesn't really trouble me, i just have to be carefull of certain medicines! ;)

No, i'm fine! it's just like sometimes i get out of breather because the valve in my heart can't take the pressure of my blood pumping around my body so much (like when i run for a long time). i got to the Hospital every 2 years but now i only have to go back when im 15 and 18 and then i should be cleared! :D the doctor's said the valve it mending as i grow older! :D i'm a normal kid and everything i just gotta becareful of my blood pressure (i.e. medicines, too much sport)

Wow BBooper I hope your heart condition isn't serious! Take care of yourself and watch those meds. Hopefully you'll outgrow the problems and your valve will become strong and mend well for you.
