We've got lots of changes on the drawing board planned for this site. Here are some of them:
The Web Site - We are reviewing the design and content of the site. We are working to provide e-cards and additional entertainment.
Licensee Participation - The BB licensees have been contacted regarding ad banners and providing us with new product images & info. The first ad banner is now up on the main Web site http://www.bettyboop.com and new products from a licensee in the Announcement/News forum.
Betty Boop Store - We're currently in discussion over this... and you will not be disappointed!

I think the banner ads are great. I hope they'll let me advertise our website too.

The banner ads will be geared towards promoting new BB products from the licensees. The current ad will be redone by Trevco to do that and not promote their retail site.

We call a baby's room the "nursery" here in the U.S. But we all know what you mean. Baby Boop will look great in any child's room or nursery or even in my house!!

I think the pictures of the calendars are ok because they appear to be officially licensed by King Features. (If I can read the small print on the photos that is)
Baby Betty is just so cute isn't she? And I think she would be cute in a little boy's room too!! After all ... boy babies like girl babies don't they? I think she is cuter than baby animals that I've seen people put in their nurseries. Don't you think so?

If your hubby don't like it, you could use some accesories in the room? Figurines or so?

Oh I bet your husband will like it.. what's not to like about Betty Boop? My husband is surrounded by her. Everywhere he looks, there she is.. but I also share his passion for Harley-Davidson collectibles.. so it's a give and take on both our parts... that's what family and home is all about isn't it?

I had to laugh because that's exactly how it is at our house too. I just made some Betty Boop placemats last weekend from bandana remnants... so I added to my collection with my own sewing machine.. they look like a 12 year old made them but it was fun!!! My biggest goal is to make a quilt... that'll take me forever!!!
BBooper
02-05-2004, 03:03 PM
lol, i gotta see though's place mats!! although the main thing is that you had fun! ;)
I have lots of BB t-shirts that are too small for me now so i was going to cut out the pic's of BB from them and sew them onto my nice snug fleecey blanmket. still haven't got round to it! :P

Hey thanks BBooper you just gave me a good idea for making a nice warm snuggly blanket with Betty Boop on the front side.. cool idea.
I took a picture of my placemats but just keep forgetting to bring it to the office with me.. I better hurry up and do that so you all can have a good laugh when I get it posted here.

It's supposed to be another cloudy, cold and rainy weekend, so maybe I can start it this weekend. Since I probably won't do much outside I may as well do something creative indoors.
