Yes that is exactly what Marilyn said. She had said that in A few interviews through out her life. Thank you for the information BikerBetty. The only thing different about Marilyn's mom, who's name by the way was Gladys Baker. They didn't have all the medical information and treament options for Marilyns mom to help her back then in 1926 when Marilyn was born. Now don't quote me on this but alot of Marilyn's doctor's thought Marilyn might have been Bi-Polar with all the mood swings that she had but instead of trying to get her the good help that she needed Hollywood just kept giving her all these different drugs and all these different so-call Phsycologists (Dr. Greenson A complete nut job if you ask me). Her so-called friends didn't bother to get her help either.:(

Some Like It Hot was the movie that got me interested in Marilyn!!! I also like Jack Lemmon he was funny dressed as A woman and named Joshephine. Here is A little tid bit of info about the movie...They were originally going to make the movie in colour but had to change it to black and white when they seen how the makeup that Jack L. and Tony Kurtis wore when they dressed up as women looked on film. According to the director it just didn't look right.

Now wether or not she liked Betty Boop I'm not sure but, Norma Jeane (aka Marilyn) was born June 1st 1926 so when Betty came out Norma Jeane was only 4 years old so she might have liked her when she was A child.
