Project on Max Fleischer

Hi,
I am doing a history project on Max Fleischer (Sadly it is in the WWII- present era than Betty Boop's era)

I was wondering if anyone had any good information on him that would help my project out.
My thesis is: Max Fleischer was a brilliant animator who brought up unique propaganda ways to support and show that America is the best country there is by bringing up the famous “good wins, evil loses” scenario.

I thought that since he made Betty Boop, that I could ask here if anyone had some good information that they'll like to share :)

I found out that Max Fleischer and Walt Disney were rivals. Wow.

Oh I don't know that they were particularly "rivals" they were both into animation and so were striving for some of the same audiences.

there were kinda rivals... in a way i wish that betty boop had been super sucsessful than disney but ... they stopped the cartoon

Actually the fleischer studios had many rivals at the time, van beuren studios included aswell as Aesops farm fables and many others.
