Betty Boop Hairbrush

Hiya Guys.
I was given a gorgeous Betty Boop hairbrush
The only thing is, it has a small chip in it, in her hand to be precise.
Do you think this would affect its value if I was to sell it?

Hi Heather,
Yes, most likely it would affect the price, but it also depends on the age and 'rareness' of the item. I'm not aware of any vintage (1930s) hairbrushes, so I'm assuming it is rather recent, and if so, isn't going to have a high value to begin with. If you could post a picture, along with any additional info, that would be helpful.
