The worst scare ever.

My baby girl had started getting a fever Saturday night. Sunday it was a little higher. I started giving her motrin. It was 103. Monday she had a fever of 105.5. I took her to the ER and they did a bunch of test on her and came back and said she had A fever, dehydration, ear infection, somethng else that has to do with not pee pee as much as she should, and they said she had cancer-luekemia.

I took her to see her pediatrition today and he said it was in fact not cancer but a viral infection that attacks the white blood cells. She is going to be all right, Praise The Lord.

I had the worst night ever not knowing if it was really something that bad.

Thank you everyone for praying for my daughter. I am fixing to take her to the specialist this morning to have more blood work done to make sure her white blood cell count is coming back up. She is still not feeling to good. She has been sleeping alot. She won't let any but me hold her. Her fever comes and goes. I know God is great and will take care of her, so just keep her in your prayers please.
You all mean so much to me and I just want to say Thank you.

Praise God! I just got home from the Doctors with Olivia and it is not luekemia. It is a virus. She is almost over it. Her white blood cell level was back up in the normal range. Her blood platlette level however was lower than what it was the other day. It was 147 now it is 93. It may be from all the motrin that we have been giving her to keep the fever down. Which was at 99.3 this morning. I know God istaking care of her and will heal her body. She is asleep right now resting peacefully. She looks so sweet laying on the couch asleep. I don't feel like I can say thank you enough to everyone who has been praying for her. The prayers worked. I thank God everytime I look at her. She is our little miracle sent from God. When I was pregnant with her I almost miscarried three times, but everytime we prayed and God took care of us. I went into early labor with her and God took care of that to.
I guess I said all that to say this, Everyone always have faith and know that God can bring you through the worst of situations. Trust in him and believe in it and everything will work out.

When you pray, pray believing that God will take care of your prayer and answer it. It may not be answered when you want it to be, but it will be answered in Gods time.

Its hard to believe whats handed to you an what one does or suppose to handle something like that. I remember when I had my scare with my baby boy he is coming up to his 3rd birthday soon. But I remember when he was born how I felt when the Dr. told me that he may have Downs syndrome! At the time it was the worse thing that I could imagine!.. Now I am a proud mother of a boy who loves Life!!
