Pic of Little bulldog is it Pudgy?

I posted another post on this , still trying to learn whats here , but I bought this little critter today and my first thought "why thats Pudgy ", but dont know ,has anyone seen one like it in the Betty Boop stuff ? It is really old so maybe pre Betty , Thanks

Betty is my favorite and always has been, I cant say I collect her because of the cost of the old stuff , what I have gotten thru the years I always had to sell , but I do love you site and am glad to have found it, Way to Go guys :D
