I recently ordered the Fan Club Kit and received an e-mail that the item is on backorder. Is there a time frame for when I can expect the item to be shipped? I've tried to contact through e-mail to no avail.

The fan club kit is expected to go out next week. The membership pin is custom made and is expected in this week.
