Get a Betty Cursor! :)

first go and download a betty cursor

IE: http://www.totallyfreecursors.com/details.cfm/id/1097/Betty_Boop_1.htm

then go to the control panel and click on mouse then on the tab, mouse pointers.

Click on the normal cursor and click on the browse button.

Now Go to the file where you put your cursor and double click on it.

CLick apply at the bottom the OK
