computer problem (again)!

hi everybody,
can somebody tell me why i meet problems with comet cursor on my computer?
it often block and they answer says it comes from comet cursor but they don't know why yet !! (very usefull for me!!!!!!!:( )

In your MS Internet Explorer, select the AdZapper icon:

This will open the AdZapper window. Select Off:

Click on the AdZapper icon again to close that window or click on the X above Zap-O-Meter.

hi MG thanks for the info, but i can't find microsoft internet explorer on my computer i have MS access, word , power point front page, excel .......! perhaps that's why it doesn't work properly! what do you think?

Which browser are you using to access the Internet? MS Internet Explorer or Netscape?

ok i've done it but i'm not sure about the result, should i see something special when i click on "print screen"?

You should see a snapshot of your screen in the e-mail message when you selected paste.

I received your e-mail and it's blank. Try it again. :D

i suppose paste means stick in french but the function is not allowed for me in that case it's just as if the print screen keep is not working, though i try again...........

I got your e-mail, don't highlight and select the items. By doing so, you ended up sending me the text and images that makes up this page. LOL

Are you using MS Outlook to send your messages?

yes i'm using outlook express, i dont understand entirely what you mean but i suppose you receive everything ok except the main thing you need !
