I just have one question: Who was Koko? I thought he was the little white dog, but then I read somewhere else that it was Pudgy. So is Koko a totally different character? Does he even exist at all?
Please answer!

OK, since Boopsie-Cola isnt gonna be around to answer this question i think i might be able to give a little insight into the character.

OK, this is from my knowledge so correct me if i'm wrong. KOKO is a character that has starred alongside Betty. Oh and he's a clown ALA Koko the Klown!

Thats about all i know, you'll have to wait for Boopsie-Cola to return by the weekend, she'll give more insight into the matter.

Ko-Ko is indeed a clown. Ko-Ko is based on a clown outfit created and worn by Dave Fleischer, one of Max's brothers.

Ko-Ko was the first cartoon (1916) created on the rotoscope. The rotoscope was invented by Max Fleischer to aid in creating animation with lifelike movements.

Ko-Ko made his first appearance in 1916 and was the star of 'Out of the Inkwell' which ran from 1919 - 1929.

Thank you so much. I don't know where I got the idea that he was a dog. Thanks again!
