Ahhhh... don't be sad... it's not just me who's getting older... each of us gets a little older hour by hour and day by day.. personally I hope to get a lot older before it's all said and done!! ;)

Well you have the genetics on your side.... I don't. However, I am doing what I can (good diet, exercise etc.) to age as gracefully as possible.

There's no reason why you shouldn't live to be 100.. you have good health and good eating habits and you exercise and I think you're going to live to a good ole ripe old age!!!

I'm sure it will be so... only time will tell!!! Speaking of "old age" my grandmother is doing really really well! She's still getting around on her own and goes to church and is living a rich full life!! She is 99 1/2 now!
