I've sought the introduction of Popeye on this Betty Boop cartoon for a couple of years. I could never find it on dvd. I finally found it on YouTube.com. Rather than try to legistlate it out of existence, issue a new dvd with it on. Here's the cartoon. It's quite wonderful :
