Betty's Parent???

Does anyone know if BB had any parents?? i know she has grampy who is family ( i think!) and you could sorta say grim natwick or max was her dad! :confused:

i think we briefly discussed this in another thread, and concluded that betty doesnt have any parents because she is a cartoon character who started off as a dog with no real family ties.
but in one cartoon we see bettys jewish imigrant parents suggesting betty is jewish.
but i like your idea of suggesting that max could be her father and helan her mother its a cool theory and makes sense if u think about it..!!!

That's a good question regarding her heritage but I too am at a loss to say if she has any actual parents... don't recall any being mentioned.

It is in the Definitive Collection, and also released by Republic on Betty Boop Special Collector's Edition Vol. 2 ,from around 1985. I don't know where to find a copy of that one, though. Sorry:o
