Someone,

Both "Pudgy And The Lost Kitten" and "Buzzy Boop" are now available in North America. The other two have apparently turned up in Europe but haven't yet found their way over here. An animation historian named Jerry Beck has located these after years of searching and is selling copies of these rare, public-domain shorts. "Buzzy Boop" was taken from a 16mm dupe, some screenshots of which can be seen here (http://cartoonresearch.com/faqx.html). The two cartoons can be purchased here (http://cartoonresearch.com/garagesale.html) on the Public Domain DVD LOST FLEISCHER #1.

Were language not such a barrier, we might now have copies of the other two. It's interesting to note that all four of the theatrically-released Betty Boop shorts were all made in 1937, and that Paramount did not notice their exclusion when they bought out the bankrupt Fleischer studio.
