Have a betty boop question/quartz wall clock

i have a Betty Boop wall clock that chimes on the hour , but i can't
seem to figure out how to make it chime to the hour, it always chimes 7
times on the hour, my wife threw away the instructions as she got for a
xmas gift
can you give me some directions on how to fix this?
If no help , Is there a Betty Boop clock NewsGroup that i can goto to
ask this question?

Any additional information about the clock that may be on the back? Who is by? What model number?

on the back of clock it says
has a Set/Test button everytime you press it Betty Boop says Boop opBeedoop that would be the chime
