16mm Betty's Banquet 1931

Hi,

I have found an old 16mm film called 'Betty's Baquet:D'. I have been trying to find anything on this movie and have been unsuccessful, even on this site! It doesn't seem to be in her filmography's that I have viewed. It is made by Exclusive Movies in a blue box with Betty and Popeye on the cover. It is in great condition, but I cannot watch it because i do not have a projector. On the front is stamped 'Betty Boop Copyright, Fleischer Studios, 1931. Has anyone heard of this cartoon? I am also curious to know a value of this if anyone has an idea.

I forgot to mention, next to Betty's Banquet is the number 612.
