Hello Boopers!! I Actually have the betty boop biker your all talking about. The one with her on her bike. She is two pieces. You have to place her sitting on the bike at just the right angle to get her to stand up properly.(so she doesn't fall) I Love her!! My mom got it for me. I think she ordered it form the Danabury Mint. They have alot of very nice Betty Boop items. I have many Betty Items from them. Most are porcilean dolls. All have come with a certificate of authenticity, with my name on it and everything!! This makes each collectable item soooo much more meaningful. I hope that I've helped you all out a little bit.

Hello! Well, as far as I know you should be able to order Betty stuff from them. They always have Betty Stuff in their catalogs. I just don't know if you could order Betty stuff in older caltalogs. It would probally depend on if they still have it or not. All of their stuff has been wonderful. I have Four large Betty Boop dolls. They are make out of fine porcelain from head to toe. One is Betty in her red dress standing over a black vent with her dress blowen in the air garter too! The 2nd is Betty and Pudgy going shopping standing on a sidewalk. She's walking pudgy and he even has the leash which she hold in her hand. She's wearing a bright yellow dress with a matching Hat with a red feather in it. In her other hand she's carrying shopping bags!! The 3rd is Betty in a blue and red cheerleading outfit. She's standing on a foot ball feild green grass with the goal forks behind her. She's got Pom Pons too match. Pudgy is with her too he's wearing a matching Football helmet! The 4th is Betty laying out on a beach chair in her swiiming suit! She's reading a book with an Ice tea. She has rosy cheeks and Pudgy is with her he's laying on the gound which looks like sand with the water just on one side! They are all a set.
Then I 've got 3 smaller dolls. They also are made of the same fine porcelain. The 1st is Betty in a red satin dress holding a rose. The 2nd is Betty in a gorgious White dress with pearl buttons and a flower in her hair.(flower is porcelain) The 3rd is Betty in a light pink dress with black in it matchin purse and hat. They are a set. I also have a Large porcelain Betty in a Santa Suit! She's climbing in a chiminey with a bag full of toys. Pudgy is also with her. I have a calendar that is made of wood. Painted of corse With A different figure for each month and the pices slide to change the date. I can't remeber what they called it but it came from the Danabury mint. These are some of the things I have from them!!

Hi everybody... sorry I haven't been on in a while... my life has been crazy... and so busy....

We changed the name of the e-commerce website from Biker Betty Boop to Club Betty and that created some additional work for me.

Also my computer decided it was time to end it's life, so I had to get a new one and try and update it with all my old info.. ugh what a chore...

Also have had company... also have had some bad storms that knocked out our electricity....

The picture of the Biker Betty Boop figurine looks like it was made by Character Collectibles or Danbury Mint. It's cool... I have several Biker Betty figurines but not that particular one.

And have also been busy with the Betty Motorcycle Club.... and Monday is my birthday and guess what my biggest news of all is?

I'm getting a brand new 100th Anniversary Harley-Davidson motorcycle!!! yep, my husband got it for me for my birthday!! We pick it up Saturday morning and I am sooooo excited!!!!

Well I better run for now... hope all my fellow Booper fans are well and happy!!!

The biker Betty bobber of her with the helmet (made by Vandor) is now retired and no longer available. You may have to get it from a private collector... we sold all ours from the shop.......

Everything eventually becomes a "retired collector's piece". So even though the Coco-Cola/Betty Boop clock is still being produced today, it won't be available forever, so consider it a valuable part of your collection.

You will find Betty Boop items in retail stores but mostly she is available in specialty gift shops or on line e-commerce businesses.

Oh yea I know. I collect Betty and Marilyn Monroe and usually when it's not being made anymore the price of the item usually goes up!!! Because it will have more value.:P

Boopsie-Cola
02-03-2004, 05:03 PM
yup and do i know that prices rocket! but its not usually the price of the item that bothers me, most the time its the price of shipping internationaly from the usa over to me in england!! it really takes the cookie! lol

 Yea shipping and handling will get you everytime.

Bikerbettyboop

I wish there was an inexpensive way to ship international shipments... sometimes the shipping costs more than the actual item and it's hard to justify spending that much on an item. I'm sure sorry that there aren't more retailers overseas to help you folks out.

BBooper
02-12-2004, 03:34 PM
i agree! it's not fair! :( although some places are very cheap! :) i suppose it all depends on the item and where you live.

Yes that's true even here in the U.S.

I can buy things from surrounding states and have it shipped pretty inexpensively but then things coming from New York or back east cost a fortune to have shipped to us.

Sometimes the shipping costs more than you pay for the actual item and then you wonder if it's worth it?

BBooper
02-29-2004, 07:03 AM
true! it's so hard to find an English site that sells BB too.
