figurine,I dont do mornings..sold in canada?

Hi boopdi here! My birthday is coming up and my mom wants to get me the collectible figurine "I DONT DO MORNINGS". But after shipping and handling and being it will be shipped here to canada...it started out at around $23 but in end will cost around $57! So I would like to find a dealer,website that is in canada....is there one here that deals with figurines? Also is it safe..what if she gets broken on way here?
