Hi,
I looked at this the other day and came up blank as to an details about it. I'm not sure why Jay Gould would have signed this piece, either, since he has absolutely nothing to do with KFS or Fleischer Studios. It appears that this was done perhaps for some kind of show or convention.
I'm going to do some additional research and if I come up with anything, I'll be sure to post it here.
If you are interested about placing a value on it, that's tough. You would have Betty Boop collectors who would place some value on it, plus collectors of Jay Gould items, so it's hard to say. The basic item is a reproduction poster of a classic image, so that in itself doesn't demand a premium, however, one has to wonder how many of these were printed and with that copyright date, and for what purpose.

Thanks Mr Ellis I too tried to find info on this and Jay Gould it appeared strange but maybe it was for a function, thanks for your help and I will watch to see if you find anything, have a nice weekend, thanks donna
