I reported it here and also to the legal dept. at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Harley-Davidson acts very quickly when someone has violated their license. So between Hearst and/or Harley, it has been taken care of.

I don't think the item was removed from Ebay. I just checked on it and the auction has closed and purchased what I suspect is a illegal item. I don't believe Harley & Hearst have ever had joint products like this.
