I don't think they are licensed if they are personalized... but they are kind of cute... still doesn't make em legal though.

It's an approved image, but whether the seller or t-shirt manufacturer has paid the licence fee to use it is another question. If they have, I don't see there is a problem with printing a name on top of it to personalise the garment.
