Danbury Mint Betty Boop in Blue Dress

Hey Leonard!
I hope you can help me out here. I've inherited some Betty Boop merchandise from my Grandma. I don't collect Betty Boop and I'd like to pass them along to a collector that will appreciate them. This is the only item I can't seem to find any info on. I know she's a Danbury Mint doll but that's about it.

She's in excellent condition and I do have her certificate.

I've not seen this particular one before, and in the catalogs from Danbury Mint I'm not seeing it, but on the certificate, the date is printed, so you know what year it was made. The copyright and date should also be on her back.
If you are asking for the value, this type of doll goes from $40 to $100, but I'm not sure if that is what you were asking for. . .
Is this a 12-inch tall doll? The face/hair features look like the 2007 and above design, so I'd be curious as to the certificate info.

If you go to the Danbury Mint website, you'll see several similar dolls by Syd Hap, for example, the one in the red dress. The most expensive one is $150.
