The person selling them is from Rosyth Fife
United Kingdom, so it maybe hard to get it stopped.

It shouldn't be any more difficult to stop international sellers because trademark laws are applicable world wide, aren't they?

I am not sure.
This is what Mooch has said:

It is also difficult if the offending organization is unethical or registered overseas where different rules apply

Most people overseas can't be stopped. The U.S. Copyright & Trademark offices you register with have protection inside the U.S.. only.
Companies can broaden their legal rights but it is very costly and very time consuming so it normally won't hold up and isn't worth the cost or effort.

I own a patent and stopping someone in the U.S. is fairly simple, however, having my attorney locate and pin point someone in UK would be nearly impossible. Shame it works that way.

I had heard that is very difficult to stop sellers from overseas.
