IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED OR THE QUALITY IS NOT WHAT IT SHOULD BE, SIMPLY RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR A REPLACEMENT. THIS ONLY COVERS FLAWS IN MY WORKMANSHIP. NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is nice to see that you can return it if it is a flaw but they still aren't licensed!

This is the same seller everyone on the board keeps reporting. She had 268 auctions for fake betty knobs and now she is offering in lots of 1000?
This isn't right.
Does anyone out there really listen?

I think she has gone into mass production of these fake knobs! I hope she is stopped soon.

Me too..It's unbelieveable that this seller is so bold and brazen about selling these drawer pulls/knobs!

Some people only think of $$$.

No.
I asked the seller if they were liscensed and she said yes, she only used liscensed images (a lie). When I got them and told her I wanted a refund because the ink was running, she would not answer.
I reported her to Ebay with no repsonse.
Now she is mass producing them to other poor, unsuspected buyers.

I can't believe that you didn't get a response from Ebay.

Hearst legal finally took her auctions down. However, it didn't last long. She went for about a month and didn't list any.
She sinced changed her Ebay name (knobs_galore) and has been gradually adding them back to her auctions.
I guess they will have to stop her again.

I can't believe that you didn't get a response from Ebay.

Unfortunately Ebay no longer seems to police the articles sold. I think the number of sellers has become too large.

All the more reason to be careful what you buy.

It's also almost impossible to stop rogue sellers, who will simply change their identity and start again. The same people normally hide behind a company, declare it bankrupt, and then start another one.

I have to agree with you Mooch.. I think there are just way too many sellers on eBay for it to be monitored efficiently... that's unfortunate but that's the way it has become. I don't hardly put things on eBay anymore because it just isn't worth it anymore.
