i've seen BB barstools before, and i think they were lisenced. However, these look home made, i've seen this BB fabric on ebay, anyone could have replaced the stool top fabric with BB fabric!

I have seen those barstools on ebay before. It looks like they just took a regular bar stool and covered it with boop material and now they call it a Betty Boop Bar Stool.
