I've never seen it before but it looks like a mass produced item. If it's unlicensed then this is one for King Features' lawyers. I'm not sure what the legal position is when items are produced in and sold from the Far East.

I don't know what their position is either. I've gotten feedback from sellers in Hong Kong and Great Britain telling me that our laws don't apply to their country but I find that highly unlikely. Only King Features can answer this question.

I see lots of products from Hong Kong and Great Britain being sold on eBay and those items aren't available here in the U.S. but the same is true here... we have products here that aren't available internationally.

US copyright can be enforced on goods made and sold in the UK.

I'm not sure about the Far East. Certainly it used to be the case that copyright could not be enforced over there. However, now that trade is international, maybe the rules have changed.
