This seller is selling photo copies of her original Betty Boop doll pattern... is that legal?

I don't see where the advert says it's a photocopy. It's not legal to sell photocopies of anything without permission from whoever made the original. I would, for example, be very annoyed if someone were selling photocopies of my books - and so would my publisher.

However, if it's not a copy, and the seller is selling on an authentic, licensed Baby Betty Boop doll pattern, then this is not illegal.
