oh i know some people get soo excited they cant wait!!! i work in a well known shop which starts to sell all the christmas stuff in september so it starts then for me really!!! :D lots of pink and black xmas trees about this year they are sweet!! :D

Yep those are suppose to be the new rage. I'm not so sure about them though. Would like to see one in person and not on TV. Wouldn't that be weird to drive by someones house and see the tree upside down? I think it would be.

Wow Christmas is coming so fast!!! This year has flown by - again!!!
I love this time of year - family is the best part. This year i get to have a big celebration with my whole family - we will all be here for Christmas and that hasn't happened for a long time!! :)

Christmas with your whole family sounds wonderful. I haven't had one with my imidiate family since 1987. I used to get really depressed about but now my husband and I go see my family every other year for Thanksgiving. The weather gets to nasty in the mountains around here to try and travel over the Christmas holiday.

Hope you have a lot of fun though. Should be a blast.

I don't want Christmas to get here yet. I haven't bought a single gift yet. I never know what to get anyone.

I'm clueless on what I should get our 16 year old son. I'm thinking duct tape and rope for his mouth and hands. lol just kidding. Sometimes he just never stops talking and he's always got to be playing with something he shouldn't, like my BETTY stuff.

I beleive he already has it. I think i'm going to ground him from the computer. I'm pretty sure he's the reason I got that virus. He goes to some weird websites and I can't monitor everything he does like I wish i could. Hubby would get mad. But I am going to tell him to get his own hotmail account or Yahoo.

I love the licorice coal idea. Might have to look for some of that.

I start decorating after halloween at least outside I do, we do not turn the lights on till after Thanksgiving though. It gets so cold up here and we get lots of snow so it is easier to decorate early :)

I have to tell you that I really am, my mom divorced my dad and them remarried to this one guy for 12 years (most of my childhood) whom I hated, now she is married to my stepdad for 6 wonderful years, funny thing is my Mom and Dad and Step dad all get along really well!! Aint that a funny thing to see them walking down the sidewalk talking about flowers!!? They did that the day of my wedding!! How classy is that!!

I know that feeling, hubby has always wanted a denim quilt, with some sneaking around an a little sewing from my mom, I was able to cut up old jeans and keep cutting!! I can't wait to see his reacation!!:):)

I also got him a new cordless power drill, and a new wedding band, I had to order it in, I got a good deal on it, the advertised price was under 100 but the real price was over 300!! WHOWO great deal!!

Well I've only got one more present to buy. But guess what I'm getting for Christmas? okay I'll tell you!!! I should say what we're getting for Christmas, hubby and I. We went and bought a King size matress and box springs. It will be here the week before Christmas sometime. I am soooooooooooooooooooo excited.

Well I got my shopping done. It's nice to only have to buy for 2 people. Our families live so far apart it's hard to buy for everyone. So we've all decided to just buy for the immediate family. I still want to get my hubby one more thing but not sure what to get him. All he asked for was a music CD of Credence Clear Water so I found him one. Hope it's the one he wants. I wish I had more money to buy him a motorcycle. That's what he really wants. But priorities first. We have to get the new house before we get extras like that. It's always something huh?

I had to take back the Cinderella talking vanity I got my daughter. Just found out my Aunt bought her one for Christmas. There is like hardly any thing left at the stores to choose from. I ended up ordering her a talking Cinderella kitchen off line at Toys R Us. Oh the joy's of shopping!!

We just got some really bummer news, there was this bonus hubby was suppose to get turned out it was only for special people at his work, we were countin on that money for payment on our new car an bills an Christmas for Austin, not to sure what I am going to do, I would really hate to see a disappointed 6 year old .....:( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( O Gosh.... sorry, but things are really really tuff.....

My husbands work doesn't hand out the bounus until after the first of the year. How crazy is that?

thats ok....no prob....sorry to hear about that candles...we dont get a bonus either...i guess the businesses are tight this year....but i dont have small kids...i hope all goes well....(((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) to all my boopers without!!!

Hubby got an email from his work about a bonus, it was sent out to all the employes of HP, in the end it was not intended for him, but for the engineers. We were under the impression he was going to be reciving that bonus..... You remember on National Lampoons Christmas vacation?! That is exactly what happened, in a way!.....

We are a very tight family, but we have to make sure we have a roof over our heads an a car, which we only have one of, which also makes things hard. Ecepcially when we just bought the new car..... getting by for Christmas is hard, well must go baby needs me. Talk to you all soon.

i hear ya sweetie...so are we...if one of us lost our job, we would lose everthing...both of us keep this place going..and the loss of one income would be devasdating....so i hear ya!!

It's hard when things get tight. We try our hardest to keep for going over budget every month. Sometimes it's hard. That's why at Christmas time my husband and I only buy for our son, and maybe a small gift for each other.

see how hard it is for people...thats why there is so much depression around the holidays....strapped for cash...use the credit card...pay all year for things they throw in the closet...i do not celebrate but i still like the lights...

Well I am hosting Christmas dinner tomorrw, @ 6:30 we have to be @ church for Austins dress rehersal!! He is doing pretty well on a few of his songs. Hopfully he will get it right tomorrow:):)
