Can someone verify if this image is Betty Boop on suitcase?

My aunt had this item in her attic. We do not know how she aquired it but the image certainly looks like Betty Boop. Can someone verify if this is a Betty Boop product and if so does it have any value?

It is a small childrens travel or doll suitcase. It has some features of Betty but not really sure unless this is an early image.

Hi,
Yes this is a very nice item, but it is not Betty Boop. It is a typical 'flapper' design from the 1920s. There was a Betty Boop suitcase made, and it has Betty's classic 1930s pose - one hand on hip, the other raised in a wave.
No idea what the value of the pictured item would be.

I was leaning 80/20 it wasn't Betty Boop but it had a slight resemblance.

There are betty suitcases out there. I have on with betty sitting with one leg in the air. But that wasn't betty. It's still cute though!
