Difficult to tell from the illustration, but it looks a bit like my avatar. I am puzzled that companies that make consumer goods (tooling up for manufacture is very expensive) without licensing the illustrations.

Hi Mooch,

The steering wheel cover in this eBay auction is not a licensed item. Someone made it and is now trying to sell it on eBay.

However, there is a company called Plasticolor that is licensed to make Betty Boop steering wheel covers. We sell them on our website and I'm sure the Betty Boop website store sells them as well.
