I am wondering about the value of two Betty Boop collectible items that I have. One is a very slightly faded pink folding chair, like one that an actor might sit in during filming breaks, with "Betty Boop" written across the back in the signature style and, underneath that, a picture of Betty's winking face. I don't know where it came from, it was just sitting in my garage under a pile of junk. It's very cute, I'm trying to sell it.

Another is a 4 foot statue of Betty that I bought from an antique store. Betty is standing with both arms in the air and is wearing a long golden gown with a high slit up the side and a fuzzy white feather boa around her neck. Her shoes are gold high heels. She also has elbow length gloves. I've never seen one like her before.

Could you tell me the worth of these items? Thank you.

Hello Esme,
Without a picture and some details such as any markings and such, it is a bit difficult, although I am familiar with the statue. These are both modern items, there is no real market value for them. The statue sells for $200-$400 in most shops, the chair I'll guess is only going to bring you $20 - $40 as a novelty item.
If you can post a picture of the chair, perhaps someone will see it and say they must have it!
