Notifications

As you know i have had trouble with my email. i've now changed my address and everything is working fine. however, i do not wish to recieve notifications of Boopers postings as it clogs up my inbox and i visist regularly anyway! how do i turn this feature off?

What you need to do is open up your user CP up above when you go in there you will see threads you have subcribed to in the past or present from there you can decide whitch ones you would like to have forward on to your email. You can also control this by scrolling down on the Reply thread to the middle where it says Thread supcription, there you can change it on those threads that you are subscribed to as well, the fastest way would be going through your USER CP at the top of your page.

Ok then at the bottom of your email you should see a link where its says about it: If you need to unsubcribe to this thread click here(something to that nature) and you will be prompted to sign in and then it will take care of it from there. I noticed that on mine as well, I had to do it that way. It worked like a charm:):)

BBooper, go to User CP on top of the first forum listing screen. CL on that. Under that (top left) click on edit options.
On next screen on right under 'Messaging & Notification' the last paragraph is titled 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' select 'No E-mail notification' and save change

lol lowella. I think it might be down to the fact i ticked the box to recieve notifications when i first signed up..and the frum has changed since..maybe? hmmm.

I don't use them cause I am on every day,(well the ones that I want to read about anyhow) I scroll through every thread, hence no need for me to use it. If there is something I want to know about asap, i do use the notifications.
