i don't think they are. i read it and seen that it say's CUSTOM MADE at the bottom.

I have already communicated with the seller and she has removed all of them from eBay. She said "I am sorry, I was not aware there was anything wrong with this. I am a grandmother just doing this for fun in my retirement. Don't make any money..but I will take them off. Thank you for telling me. Hugs!" Gramma Judy
