I'm sure somebody asked about whether Betty ever had a baby. I can't find the thread in this forum.
Betty has what appears to be a son in two cartoons - from the storylines it's unlikely she's minding him for somebody else. In Baby Be Good (1935) he's a baby. In Betty Boop and Little Jimmy (1936) he's about four or five years old, and his name is Jimmy.
The Foxy Hunter (1937) had a character called Junior, who may have been Betty's child, or else a child she was minding.
The reason I'm posting is that I have found pictures of the baby and little Jimmy. The second picture is colorized.

There's no sign of a husband in either of the cartoons. The issue of a father is simply not addressed. Nobody in either cartoon specifically says the child is Betty's, but the stories don't make much sense otherwise.
I know it's difficult, but please remember Betty Boop is a cartoon character, not a real person. She played parts. She could play the part of a mother. In B*m Bandit (1931) she played Dangerous Nan McGrew, the mother of seventeen children. In this case Bimbo was the father.
Little Jimmy was also a character from a strip cartoon. In Betty Boop and Little Jimmy he played the part of Betty's son. The issue of a father simply isn't relevant.
It's fun to speculate of course. Why did Fearless Fred disappear so suddenly?

I can answer this question perfectly.
Little jimmy is another little boy who comes from another Comic.
Junior is Betty Boops nephew
he appears in, Baby Be Good, Grampys indoor outing & the foxy hunter
and then is never seen again.
but i have a cover of the fleischer news, and everyone from the popeye series is laughting at betty boop becuse she ripped her swimsuit
and in the crowd of fleischer studios characters you can see betty boops nephew junior.
