I haven't heard anything either.

The last attempt to make a new Betty Boop cartoon was Betty Boop's Hollywood Mystery. This was made by Colossal Pictures in cooperation with King Features and the Hearst Corporation. It was supposed to be released in 1989 to capitalize on the surge in interest in Betty Boop generated by her cameo in Who Framed Roger Rabbit in 1988.

Release dates came and went and nothing happened. The story is that there was one senior executive at Colossal driving the project who then assumed other responsibilities, and nobody else was interested.

As a result of this the film was never really "finished" and is a mish-mash of unedited, rather poor sequences. A pity, the story looked promising. Betty is wrongly accused of a crime and breaks out of prison to clear her name.

I don't think this was ever released as a film (please correct me if I'm wrong) but the rights were sold to the Disney Cartoon Channel in or around 1992, and clips may have been played on that Channel. There was a video, but it didn't sell (unsurprisingly) and I don't think it's currently available.

There have beed a number of films that were compilations of Betty Boop cartoons, for example The Betty Boop Scandals of 1974, Betty Boop For President (1980), Hurray for Betty Boop (1985) and The Romance of Betty Boop (1989). None have been particularly successful.

Given this history I think an all-new, featire-length Betty Boop film probably isn't likely. I do hope I'm wrong.

Betty Boop cartoons were atmospheric and surreal, and tended to be a bit light on storylines. This works better in seven minute animations than it does in feature films, or even compilations.
