Bag of character

I got a huge black bag with Betty Boop on it.
In tiny letter's it is said on the bag that it was made in 1986 King Features Syndicate Inc. / Fieischer Studios Inc.
Near Betty's foot it is also writen "Bags of character" by Frankel & Roth (In:) Ltd character products. The bag was made in China.
The Betty on the bag has black hair ,golden earings,green eyes and black lips. She is wearing a red top with a black belt and red tights. No shoes.

I got the bag in a bad condition (the bag is very dirty and I can't wash it so I'll have to clean it by myself it also smells very bad and I don't know what to do) I'm not going to sell it (at least now) I'm just curious how much was it worth because I got it for 9 $ (I guess that's the reason why I bought it)

Since this is an uncommon item, you won't see many, so it may be worth somewhere in the $50-$100 range.
