If you have any screen captures or cels (frames that the cartoons were made from) or anything you think may be one. please post it here.

If you know which cartoon the picture is from I'd welcome the information. If not I'll try and identify it for you.

WONDERFUL!

The picture is Betty with her Mother and Father in Minnie the Moocher. Her father said the same things so often that his head turned into an old-fashioned record player.

For younger posters, record players were what they used to play music in the days before CDs and ****s :)

The monkey picture is (obviously) from My Friend the Monkey (1939). The teapot café is from On with the New (1938), and the final eight pictures are from Musical Mountaineers (1939).

The three pictures of Betty in front of a fancy screen with some sort of light or lighted ceiling in the background have me stumped. I ought to know where they come from because I’ve seen them before. They’re pre-Hays (flapper dress) but post 1931 (earrings rather than doggie-ears). I thought they might have been from Stopping the Show (1932) but I can’t find them in my copy. Then again, that particular cartoon has been cut and messed about so often that it’s possible that this is a deleted sequence.

Do you know which cartoon they’re from bettyboopfan? Anyone else?

The first one is from Whoops, I'm a Cowboy (1937). The Next two are from Swat The Fly (1935).

The pictures in the next two posts are (obviously) from Is My Palm Read and She Wronged Him Right. The second-last picture is from Making Friends (1936)

The last one is interesting. I thought it was from a colourised version of Minnie the Moocher (1932). However, I've checked my copy and Betty's window didn't have curtains in that cartoon - it had a roller blind.

Some cartoons were changed about a bit when they were colourised, but why change from a blind to curtains? However Betty looks very much like the adolescent Betty from "Minnie."

Actually, it's Betty Boop and the Little King.

However - what a great idea for a film, Candles! Betty Boop and the Lion King - I'd go to see that one.

I think the first picture is from Betty Boop's Little Pal, but I'm not certain as I don't have a copy of the cartoon.
