i read somwer dat both betty's parents were German Jew.
Does any out der have any information to sugest that this is true i really want this 2 be clarified

I don't think I understand your question. If my research is correct bb did not have parents. She started her career as a dog, then was transformed into a person. As time, aspecially during the war became the bb we all love today. I don't think all my info is correct, but would love to know what you know. Please write me.

Some might argue she is Jewish because in one cartoon, there was a scene showing Betty with Jewish immigrant parents. We must all remember... she is a cartoon character!

yes she did then thay turned her into a women go back to the front page in read the history on betty i cant beleave you didnt know that but it ok we will help you out when ever you need us we mite not know all the answers but together we will find them in we mite not spell every thing right but you will get it we help each other with that to so have fun learnin about betty boop

Hey bettyboop fans to answer your question betty boop did have parents but she ran away from them because they always pick on her and made her mad//according to my book I read she was around 17 or 19 when that happened.But it doesnt state what race her parents were:)P.Swhen my scanner works I could send you a picture of bettyboop with her parents that looks just alike.

Indeed, BettyBoop did started as a canine crooner as a singing dog.She first appeard in "Dizzy Dishes" in 1931. Along with her"Boyfriend" "Bimbo" who was also a dog and stayed as a dog. BettyBoop then evolved into a sexy female talkartoon.

Yes! Betty started out as a dog, a poodle actually lol How cute, cuz I have a toy poodle and sometimes I call her "Boop"!! lol

No one has ever put any interest in to her "race". No one accually cares. She can be any race you want her to be. I don't think "race" should be an issue.

She did have parents they appeared in minnie the moocher

what your forgetting is that when she had umm..... turned human her past as a canine was forgotten.

she was just full human from then on.
