I am not really sure why, but I have been in a fantastic mood lately. My novel I have been writing is staying on pace and I know where to get it self published, my parakeet is in a happy mood because it is spring and the window is open and birds are outside. Also, 6 weeks of high school left and I am off to college. :D :)

Also, my TV chanel has classic cartoons including Betty Boop and Popeye! I haven't seen them on TV for ages. :P

You may not get the job at the pet store, but the animal shelters and rescues ALWAYS need volunteers and people who can take animals into their homes until permanent homes can be found for them. Hey Someone200 don't let other peoples relationship issues color the way you think of possible relationships down the road...It is possible to have a healthy relationship you just have to be honest with yourself regarding what you want out of the relationship,and you've got to keep your eyes and mind open and if you see or feel like something just is not right take a closer look at it don't ever ignore it or think you can change this or that down the road.Believe me if you try to change something later you'll find that it just isn't something that is do-able,I've learnt the hard way that if there is something that is UGLY in a person it's probably so deeply apart of that persons nature that nothing can change that aditude or behavior..Also if you find that you are not compatable in all aspects you may want to back off but if you decide to stick it out make sure that the things your not compatable in are things you can live with..No 2 people are ever perfectly matched and some differances are good but some differances can be unbearable.For instance my husband is African American and I'm white I knew when we 1st started living together that he had issues with people of other races(ok alot of people do)Well what I didn't know is that he REALLY dislikes whites(very ackward for me)I've reminded him many times when he goes into a rant that I am white and I'm also supose to be someone that he loves..Now believe me I don't expect him to LOVE all white folks just because he's married to me(hell even I don't like all white folks)but I also don't expect him to act an *** out in public(he goes off sometimes over nothing,even in the grocery store it's not safe)Ok there's the race thing,now there is also the Religion issue...He does not believe anything written in the bible because it says about God leading the Jews out of Jerseleum and them being Gods chosen people(someone at work made the mistake of talking with him about that)Now I consider myself a Christian altho I don't attend a church right now.According to him everyone goes to church waving their hands and paying tithes and when they walk out of church their horns come out,he also thinks that church people are hypocrites...And there are other issues that are personal but needless to say if I had paid attention I probably would not have left the relationship get serious....But you live and learn...

Someone I know that which ever you decide to do you'll be a success.....When I was younger (married to 3rd husband) I was studying to be a Vet Asst untill he stated listening to his friends and burnt up all my books..I was going to school for my GED and taking a correspondence course to become a Vetrenary Assistant with the goal of trying to go to school to become a Vet...He had agreeed to the plan but then his friends kept telling him that once I finished school and started making money I wouldn't want to be married to him anymore.So he tore up all my books and burnt them in front of me and forbid me to go to school...He was a very insecure and abusive man...But you are young and unencumbered and you are able to set and achieve your goals so please don't waste your oppertunities.....:cool:

:rolleyes: :rolleyes: Me too Someone...My Mother raised 3 kids by herself and had my sister when my youngest brother was 8 and so then we were 4 kids and for the most part she raised all of us alone..She did not have a easy life and so she did make mistakes along the way but she taught my sister and I that as women we could do anything and she taught my brothers to respect and encourage strenghth and independance in the women they would become involved with later in life.....I guess I wasn't paying close enough attention tho cause I allowed someone else to control my life(I've since developed a bit of backbone)..As has my sister her 1st husband was abusive but she got away from him before he could kill her spirit...I've had to dig deep and find a new spirit...I'm glad that you seem to be a strong young women who actually pays attention to life's lessons weather they come from a stranger on here or from watching family and friends in their relationships,keep paying attention and don't ignore your common sense and instincts and I'm sure YOU WILL BE JUST FINE.....

That's OK Someone we all know that sometimes stuff just happens!!!! Well I've only got 2 days left or if you count today (SAT.) and Tues.(when I leave at 8:55am) then I got 4 more days to go !!!!! Boy for some reason this year my anticapation and excitement about going to visit my Mom and the rest of my family is just about off the charts!!!!!!! Maybe it's because of all the crap I've been trying to deal with lately or could be because I've made my decision about leaving....I will be getting my own apt. after I get back but 1st I've gotta get my $$$$ together...Don't know how long that's going to take it depends on how much I'm gonna have to have to get into a place..........But anyway I'm going to see my family in Altoona,Penna. I'll be gone from 8:55am on Tues.Aug.4th untill 10:55pm Weds.Sept.2nd........Unfortunetly I will not be around a computer so I won't be able to stop in and say "ELLO" to my Booper Friends!!!! Hi, sorry I wasn't on for a while. I found someone to do not only my cover art for my novel, but chapter art as well :)
My cousin agreed to do it, so it looks like I may still have a chance to get my novel completed. I just need an editor and I'm set ^_^

I may not even get my novel published now. I lost my good mood attitude :(
Now, my mom's back to yelling at me again and my dad is kinda ignoring me now to teach me to be independent, so I'm kind of just... not in the mood to doing anything now. I guess I'll try to publish it again when I feel better or something.

We seperated a few yrs. ago for 1 1/2yrs and then got back together but we both said if we were to ever seperate agian that would be the end of the marriage,I've decided that I still want to be married to this man and I'm going to try to be a better wife which might make him try to be a better husband and then things might be better...I know that no marriage is perfect and I need to quit expecting everything to be perfect all the time and then maybe things will start to feel alittle more perfect!!! I know I'm confusing....But I know what I mean.:P :P :P :P

I LOVE KITTIES TOO!!! I have 2 well only 1 is mine the other 1 is Hubby's "son"!! Frankie is my kitty he's a Siamese and very nosey! If it's open an he can fit he's in it! He got in my Brother in-laws backpack 1 time and almost got taken home,thankfully he realised the backpack was alittle heavy!! Sam is Hubby's he's kinda boring he's fat an lazy(he's about 10 or 11yrs.old)but he does LOVE his daddy he follows him around like a puppy!!!

I am not allowed to have dogs in my building(only sevice dogs allowed)so it's kitties for me!! I actually love just about all animals except pet rats....yuk yuk yuk........i like mice but rats are big and ugly and i'm afraid of them,i like ferrets tho!Heck I even like snakes!! You are right about cats having personalities they can be really funny at times..Sam talks to my husband(he LIES!)Mike will ask him "did Sandy hit you while Daddy was at work?" and Sam will look right into his face and meow like he is really talking to him!! YEAH Sam is a really funny cat and my husband can be funny at times too !!! The relationship between him & that damn cat is somethin else, I wish I could get it on tape but I never know when their gonna put on the show !!!!
