Milk actually does have a calming ingredient that will help you fall asleep.

Our band is playing a private birthday party this Saturday. Today I have to run to the music store to pick up some last minute items and we're rehearsing here tomorrow evening. Friday we have to unload lumber from our utility trailer and begin loading our lights and sound equipment. Saturday we'll go over early and start setting up, come home and shower and head back over later in the afternoon. The party starts at 6 pm and we're supposed to play til 10 pm.

My husband's hours were just changed at work. He has to open the plant and get the boiler up and running at 5 am! So we'll be getting up at 3 am instead of 4 am! Ugh.... not sure if I'll be coming to work that early or not.... maybe for a while til it gets too cold and frosty in the mornings!
