I have done a lot of business with online sellers, many listed here, and generally have nothing but great things to say. Over the past decade I have really had only two real bad experiences. I have no apprehension in warning the community here to tread carefully with these two. Minimally, check the Better Business Bureau and then make your own judgement.
Crazy Collecting, Inc. (Miami, FL)
- serious issues regarding credit/refund for items they can not deliver
Cartoons Fan Club (Southern California)
- 33% restocking fee on damaged returns (what, they're going to resell it?)
And both refuse to mediate, or even even respond to formal complaints filed with consumer protection agencies.
